Kenia is excited to be a Camp Director! She has been with EDMO since the Sacramento area debuted in 2015 and loves the organization and its values. Kenia was a counselor and an instructor at the Rocklin Camp for the last two years and is excited to bring the EDMO vibe as she leads the team to another year of STEAM and SEL camp fun! She is an avid volunteer with her community church, and loves to work with children of all ages and has attended California State University, Chico. Kenia is extremely excited to work with the EDMO team to encourage kids to fall in love with science and create fun and educational projects! When she’s not at Camp EDMO, she likes to paint and play with graphic design in her free time! She also loves to travel and is hoping to travel to Iceland one day!

Lunch & Snacks

Please note that there is no lunch service at this camp location. When you prepare a lunch for your child, please do not bring any products that contain nuts. We strive to create a safe place for everyone. Please help us keep our campers and staff safe.

We provide a time in the morning for campers to have a snack and ask that you send one from home. If you are staying for our PM Program, we strongly recommend packing an extra snack for your child. Please, just do not bring any products that contain nuts.

Nut Free Zone

If you bring lunch/snacks, please do not bring any products that contain nuts. Really.

Don’t Forget Water!

We strongly recommend packing an eco-friendly water bottle each day to make sure your camper stays hydrated. All of our facilities have water fountains.

The pregame and the afterparty

You’re busy, and your kids will be too. Our AM & PM extended hours programs run from 8:00AM-6:00PM to give you peace of mind. Great for every camper who groans when mom or dad shows up! It’s even more time making cool stuff & hanging with your buds.

AM Program (8:00-9:00AM, $30/week)

Campers make new friends, do arts & crafts projects, play games, and participate in special activities that relate to our weekly themes.

PM Program (3:00-6:00PM, $60/week)

Campers rotate between outdoor games, indoor crafts and extra science, maker, tech, or nature projects. See the page for the programs your child will be taking part in for exact activities.

Note: For our PM Program, we recommend packing an extra snack.

A la carte: ($15/hour)

We understand life happens and you cannot be in two places at once. Good news, flexibility is our middle name.
