We partner with your school to help raise dollars for your organization:
- Auction Partnership Programs: Camp EDMO™ can donate discounted camp weeks to school and community fundraisers and auctions. Want to increase the size or number of discounted camp donations? Invite us to present our donation at a PTA or organization meeting!
- Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Fundraisers: Invite us to set up a maker-infused science or technology booth at your school or community event. From Stomp Rockets to Catapults, our hands-on activities are sure to be a hit with kids, attract more participants to your event and raise more money for your cause!
Events must be scheduled at least 1 month prior to the presentation date. Please use the Event Request Form to begin the scheduling process.
Camp EDMO™ will send an invoice for the event one week prior to the program date. Invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
If you need to change the date of your scheduled event, please do so at least 2-weeks prior to the original date. To request a date change, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel your scheduled event booth:
- Within 2 weeks of scheduled date: 50% of the total event booth price will be charged
- 2+ weeks prior to scheduled date: you will receive a full refund
