What is an EDMO® Equity Program? EDMO® Equity Programs are partially or fully subsidized by a federal, state, city or foundation grant. Equity Progams are typically hosted at Title 1 schools or in neighborhoods that have limited access to high-quality summer programs. Registration is usually reserved for students from designated schools or zip codes.

San Francisco Department of Children, Youth, and their Families Equity Summer Camp: Special qualifying rules apply for this program. The application process for this camp location does not begin until early February. Please see the “Program Info” tab above for application details, deadlines etc.

THE DCYF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The DCYF 6 Week Camp EDMO® Scholarship Program (San Francisco) is a special subsidized 6-week camp experience for 100 kids from priority low income areas, funded by the San Francisco Department of Children, Youth, and their Families.

EXTENDED CARE

Need a safe & caring place for your kids before and after camp? Our AM & PM Extended Care programs run from 8 am – 9 am and 3 pm – 6 pm to give you peace of mind. Activities include outdoor free play, snack time, arts & crafts, board games, a reading corner and more indoor choice time activities. On occasion, staff lead extra hands-on maker and tech projects too. It’s great for parents who work, have appointments, or just need a little more kid-free time in their day.

Note: If you wish to add AM or PM Extended Care after your initial enrollment is complete, you will need to call the home office. It cannot be added through your online Activity Hero account.

Extended Care is included in the price of your program.
