About the Campus
Located right in the heart of San Francisco, McKinley elementary has it all. Multi-level play areas with everything from bustling plant life, basketball hoops, to climbing structures. The unique hallway structure has every classroom facing a large open space library that results in a beautiful feeling of community.
Hannah is stoked for her very first year at Camp EDMO™! She was born and raised in San Diego, but for the last three years she has been living in San Francisco. She has worked in outdoor education at the San Francisco National Maritime Association on Hyde Street Pier, in classrooms teaching civic engagement and community outreach at Gateway Middle School and Creative Arts Charter School, and in an after school program at Grattan Elementary School. Hannah has a degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco, and she hopes to get her Masters in Education and teaching credential from the University of Pacific’s Bay Area Teacher Training Institute. When she isn’t donning colorful tights/animal onesies at camp, Hannah loves to sail, travel, and pet a bunch of dogs. Hannah is excited to join everyone in an exciting, adventurous summer!
“This summer at EDMO is going to be full of making new friends, learning exciting skills, and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones. Being adventurous means being vulnerable and being courageous…being vulnerageous!” – Hannah Do, SF – Noe Valley/Castro Camp Director
