This is Natalie’s first summer at Camp EDMO™ and she is so excited to be joining such a rad community! Natalie has been working with students ages 5-18 in various school and camp settings as a camp counselor, an instructor, teacher, facilitator, mentor, and a friend for 6+ years. During the school year she works full time bringing educational history lessons come to life with the company California Weekly Explorer, teaching and engaging with 4th, 5th, and 6th graders in local schools across the Bay Area. Natalie holds a Master’s Degree from UC Santa Cruz in Theatre Arts, as well as a BA from UC Santa Cruz in Theatre Arts with a minor in Literature. During her run at UCSC she toured bay area schools acting in 50 minute versions of a Shakespeare play with Shakes-to-Go. Natalie can’t wait to meet all of the campers of the Peninsula!
“I am stoked to be back in a camp community! I am looking forward to a joyful summer of collectively learning, growing, and experiencing new things. It is my hope to help aid our next generation into kind, thoughtful, and engaged humans and an awesome camp vibe and community is the best place to start!” – Natalie Farrell, Burlingame Camp Director
